As of yesterday, Jackson is still in the breech position. I can feel his head right underneath my rib cage. Dr. Hiuga (our obstetrician) says that the larger he grows, the less likely he will turn, although it is possible. If he does turn, we will cancel the C-Section and proceed with a regular birth (with an epidural of course!!). We elected not to do the external version. We feel there is too much risk and no guarantee that the procedure will even work.
We will be in the hospital for 3 days if all goes well and will be released on Friday the 15th. We will be at Sutter Memorial Hospital on F Street in Sacramento.
Cant believe he will be here in less than two weeks! It's exciting and scary at the same time.
I plan on working until May 7th.

So exciting!!! The next couple weeks are going to FLY by. Just enjoy every moment, it really goes by so fast. The best part is the moment you get to see your baby's face for the first time and look in their eyes. Nothing like it. I am really thrilled he will be born on my birthday. and I am also glad you did not choose the external version. Wasn't going to say anthing before in case that is what you really wanted, but I know a couple people with horrible experiences doing that. And it ended up not working anyway, the babies turned back around. So c-section is way better!! Love you lots!
